  1. Introduction

Welcome to Harmony Flow Music Academy (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By accessing or using our website, enrolling in our music lessons, or submitting a form, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

  1. Services

Harmony Flow Music Academy provides:

  • 1-to-1 and group piano lessons (in-person and online)
  • 1-to-1 singing lessons (online)
  • Other music-related educational services and workshops

Our online lessons are delivered via secure video platforms (such as Zoom or Google Meet).

  1. Enrolment & Payment
  • Lessons are billed monthly in advance on the 1st of each month.
  • All payments are made via direct debit or approved online payment systems.
  • Payments are non-refundable once the month has begun, except under special circumstances approved by management.
  • You can cancel your subscription anytime before the next billing date.
  • Fees and packages are displayed clearly before purchase.
  1. Trial Lessons
  • Each new student is entitled to one free trial lesson.
  • Trials are subject to teacher availability and must be booked through our admin team or online booking form.
  1. Attendance & Cancellations
  • Students are expected to attend all lessons promptly and consistently.
  • Minimum 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a class.
  • Missed lessons without sufficient notice will not be refunded or rescheduled.
  • Harmony Flow Music is not responsible for lessons missed due to internet issues, power outages, or technical faults on the student’s side.
  • Please contact your teacher or the admin team promptly if any technical issue arises.
  1. Teacher Assignment
  • Teachers are assigned based on student needs and availability.
  • Harmony Flow Music reserves the right to reassign teachers if scheduling or staffing changes occur.
  1. Behaviour & Conduct
  • Students (and parents/guardians) are expected to maintain respectful communication with teachers and staff.
  • Disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behaviour may result in lesson termination.
  1. Intellectual Property

All teaching materials, resources, videos, and digital content provided by Harmony Flow Music remain our intellectual property.
You may not reproduce, share, or distribute our content without written permission.

  1. Liability

While we strive to deliver a high-quality experience, Harmony Flow Music is not liable for:

  • Personal injury, loss, or damage arising during lessons.
  • Internet connectivity issues, software errors, or device malfunctions.
  • Student progress or exam results, which depend on individual effort and practice.
  1. Privacy & Data Protection

We value your privacy and handle all data in compliance with UK GDPR.
Personal information (such as name, contact details, and payment info) is collected only for lesson management and communication.
